Been a music lover since listening to my father's old rock LPs. I guess the electronic music spin is from a combination of hearing all those spacey sound effects in old sci-fi shows (yeah, I'm a bit of a space-head) and fiddling with my father's synthesizers. I've been at this game long enough to give a damn, not give a damn, and back again. When not emersing myself in sonic delights you may find me on a basketball court, buried in my other writing, at a PS2 console, inside a good book, or enjoying that most Canadian of all traditions -sharing a pitcher of brew at the pub while watching the hockey game.

I'm a 17 year old student living in England, hoping for a career in writing and journalism. When I'm not studying or writing for TC, I spend my time buying and listening to music, playing pool, watching films and reading. Musically I listen to almost every genre of dance and electronic music, although English acts seem to take up most of my CD racks. However, I also listen to any genre and artist that I like, which ranges from classical to hard rock to punk to pop.

Well, I'm the official goa-head of the site. That means I listen to goatrance, and consequently, psychedelic trance. But I'm open for most anything in the EDM genre. As for some stuff on what I do, I attempt to meditate every now and then. There's more to that too, but you'll have to ask for it. Oh, and I'm from the cold north - Finland.

I guess I am the old man of the group being twice the age of most here. My real job is with a daily Pennsylvania newspaper as a staff photographer. I am a classic rocker that survived those wild 80s Hair Metal days... although I never wore big hair or a mullet.
I began tinkering with computers and the internet during the mid 90's and have been addicted ever since. My nick is a mix of "scoop", newspaper jargon for "getting the scoop", and my favorite cartoon dogs, Snoopy and Scooby.

Ok so I'm not made of any sort of metal unfortunately but I spend a large portion of my time on a couple of pieces of steel screwed to some leather. I'm a competitive figure skater and hope to compete in the Olympics someday soon. Music is my other big thing and I love to mix and listen to any type of music, but electronica is my main love.
